Role Overview:
We’re hiring Supply Executives to onboard new 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler drivers, conduct field visits, and ensure successful driver activation on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach drivers for onboarding.

• Explain driver benefits, bonuses, and payouts.

• Collect and verify documents (DL, RC, Aadhar, etc.).

• Assist drivers with app registration and activation.

• Achieve daily targets (10 onboardings/day; at least 5 must be 3-wheeler drivers).

• Maintain reports and support local referral campaigns.

Requirements:

• 12th pass or graduate (any discipline).

• 0–2 years of experience in field sales, delivery, or driver onboarding.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Must own a smartphone; two-wheeler and license preferred.

• Proactive, target-oriented, and field-ready.
