DDGN Logistics is a growing International Shipping and Sourcing company offering comprehensive global logistics solutions — including air and sea freight forwarding, customs clearance, import/export handling, and global sourcing support.
We are expanding our operations and looking for a Freight Sales Manager to lead business development efforts, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth through strong customer relationships and strategic sales execution.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international freight forwarding and sourcing.
Manage the entire sales process — from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and closing deals.
Build long-term relationships with importers, exporters, and manufacturers to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, operations, and documentation to ensure seamless service delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate sales pipelines.
Stay updated on global freight trends, competitor pricing, and trade regulations.
Prepare and present customized quotations and proposals to clients.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding / international logistics sales.
Strong understanding of air and sea freight operations, pricing, and documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to achieve targets and manage customer relationships.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Graduate in Business Administration, Logistics, or International Trade.
MBA or PG Diploma in Logistics / International Business (preferred).
