Job Title: Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding & International Logistics (Export & Import)

Location: okhla
Job Type: Full-time
Reports To: Sales Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking two experienced and driven Sales Executives with a strong background in freight forwarding and international logistics. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in both Export and Import sales and will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing lasting client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in international logistics, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, digital channels, and participation in industry events.

  • Conduct market research to identify client needs and trends in logistics services.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to plan and execute targeted sales strategies and campaigns.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries.

  • Work closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Sales & Reporting

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

  • Submit regular reports to the Sales Manager regarding performance, market feedback, and opportunities.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding, international logistics, or related services (Export & Import).

  • Solid understanding of global trade, Incoterms, shipping documentation, and customs procedures.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and grow the client base.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
