Key Responsibilities:
1) Perform a preliminary site visit to understand and prepare a report on the existing provisions and services.
2) Identify the scope of works from the ID drawings for Interior-fit out works including MEP, HVAC and Works.
3) Take-off the quantities accurately from the ID drawings and prepare a complete BOQ for the interior fir-out works including MEP.
4) Identify the missing information / details from the drawings, specifications or documents provided by the client or consultant.
5) Obtain the incomplete or missing information / details from the client / consultant through RFI’s.
6) Prepare effective rate analysis report for each item of work.
7) Sending enquiries and follow up for the prices of out-sourced items from specified manufactures/ suppliers and prepare a comparison statement.
8) Prepare the Budgetary BOQ for the project team with corresponding Materials, Manpower and Machinery budget.
9) Ensuring all items covered in the BOQ as shown in the drawing.
10) Prepare and Tender Bid with all necessary documents for submission.
11) Compare and ensure if the Job confirmation received is in line with the submitted bid.
12) Preparing the variations BOQ with coordination of project team.
13) Make sure the tender delivered on date and time.
14) Prepare the post tender and pre tender clarification list.
15) Preparation of measurement abstract sheet.
16) Vendor registration and work order creation for sub – contractors.
17) Updating material price to the purchase department accordingly, if any.
18) Finalization and negotiation with the vendors.
19) Costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
20) Agreement and certification of sub-contractors’ interim valuations and final accounts.
21) Project handover to project department.
