1. Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

2. Identify and report defects or deviations from specifications.

3. Make NC (Non-Conformance) and calculate RFT (Right First Time) percentage on a daily basis.

4. Share daily NC and RFT data with the CFT (Cross Functional Team) via email.

5. Fill the End-of-Line Inspection Google Sheet and Check Sheet regularly and accurately.

6. Document inspection results and maintain accurate QC records.

7. Coordinate with the remanufacturing teams to resolve quality issues.

8. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.

9. Participate in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.

10. Support internal audits and process improvement initiatives.

11. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
