About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Operator (FQC) to join our Quality Assurance team. The role involves inspecting electronic assemblies and ensuring they meet quality standards. Candidates with experience in PCB inspection and knowledge of the SMT process will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out final quality checks (FQC) on electronic products.

• Inspect PCB boards through visual/manual inspection.

• Detect and report defects as per quality standards.

• Support root cause analysis of quality issues.

• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.

• Work closely with production and QA teams to ensure product quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in electronics manufacturing or quality inspection.

• Experience in PCB inspection (SMT process knowledge is an advantage).

• Familiarity with manual assembly inspection.

• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards is preferred (not mandatory).

• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (1st & 2nd).
