Job Description:
We are hiring F&B Quality Control Executives to ensure product quality and food safety in
our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality and
food safety standards.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines, hygiene standards, and food safety norms.
Monitor cold storage temperatures, product shelf-life, and cleanliness of the facility.
Maintain accurate records of quality checks, reports, and compliance documents.
Support during internal or external quality audits.
Coordinate with internal teams for resolving quality-related issues.
Conduct store or site visits if required for quality checks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass (B.Sc in Food Technology, Agriculture, or related fields
preferred) – Not Mandate
Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in food quality control or inventory/warehouse
operations.
Good understanding of FSSAI guidelines, food safety, and hygiene practices
(training will be provided if a fresher).
Basic computer skills (MS Excel & Word).
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati (preferred).
Must be willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
