🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Inbound QC of Finished Goods

Perform detailed QC checks on all finished goods received from third-party manufacturers

Check for leakages, damaged packaging, sealing, and cap issues

Verify product net weight (creams, serums, toners, etc.)

Ensure correct labeling, batch coding, MRP, and expiry details

Inspect outer packaging, shrink wrap, sealing, and carton quality

Product Aesthetic & Consistency

Confirm texture, appearance, and consistency meet product standards

Report deformities, tube blockages, separation, or discoloration

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain QC logs and batch-wise records

Prepare detailed QC reports and share with manufacturing partners for rework if needed

Coordinate with purchase and operations for batch approval or rejection

Warehouse Quality Monitoring

Ensure ideal storage conditions for product integrity

Manage segregation of rejected items and monitor batch-wise inventory

✅ Key Skills:

Strong QC inspection and reporting skills

Knowledge of packaging standards & material handling

Understanding of skincare product aesthetics

Excellent communication with manufacturers & internal teams

Proficient in documentation & QC log maintenance
