Job Description:-
The Executive – Quality would be responsible for coordinating and driving process excellence initiatives in organization growth, enhances workforce capability and demonstrating breakthrough & continual improvements.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Process Audits / Assessment Reviews covering all critical Functions / Facilities.
2. Work across organizations’ functions (Operations, Process Design, HR, Technology etc.) for ensuring closure of audit non – conformances and drive key projects for enhancing process quality
3. Identify opportunities for driving focused improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing Customer / Seller Satisfaction
4. Develop and maintain data repositories and systems for monitoring and measuring process performance against defined benchmarks
5. Prepare & publish Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports sharing trends on Quality metrics
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Graduation/B.E./B.Tech in any field; Post Graduation not mandatory; Gender diversity candidates
2. 0-2 years of experience in quality roles in either Service/ Production/ Supply Chain/e-commerce industries. E-commerce/Supply chain candidates would have added advantage
3. Basic knowledge of Quality, Lean, Six Sigma etc.
4. Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt with project experience will be added advantage
5. Hands-on knowledge of MS-Excel, Dashboard Creation and Performance Reporting
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills; Should be able to present facts, analysis, and conclusions or solutions
