Job Description:

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with strong procurement and negotiation skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, vendor management, and purchase operations, along with strong communication and analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new suppliers for raw materials and products.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement.

Create and manage purchase orders and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases (both import and local) to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

Track and analyse price movement trends for better decision-making.

Maintain and update supplier records and procurement data in CRM systems.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements and procurement planning.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in purchase/procurement roles.

Minimum graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).

Proficiency in English communication – both verbal and written.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM tools.

Knowledge of import documentation and logistics is an added advantage.
