Manage procurement of pharmaceuticals and/or medical devices from approved vendors.
Negotiate with suppliers for best pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance; maintain strong vendor relationships.
Generate purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely inventory replenishment.
Coordinate closely with the inventory, accounts, and quality control departments.
Stay informed about market trends, new products, and price fluctuations.
Maintain clear records of purchases, pricing, and vendor communication.
Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing pharmaceuticals or medical devices (mandatory).
Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
Sound understanding of pharma/medical device regulations and supply chain protocols.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or a related field (preferred).
