The company engages in the production of Wheat Flour (Atta), All Purpose Flour (Maida), Semolina fine (Rawa) and Semolina (Sooji).

We are seeking a highly skilled Production & Dispatch Junior Executive to join our team.

Job Title: Production & Dispatch Junior Executive

Company: Kalantri Brothers Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Sinner, Maharashtra

Shift: 12-hour shifts (Day/Night rotation)

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily production activities in the flour mill, ensuring smooth operations.

• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.

• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for efficient handling of inventory and stock levels.

• Ensure all dispatch documentation is accurate and timely.

• Maintain quality checks during production and dispatch processes.

• Report any discrepancies or issues to the senior management.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily production and dispatch targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in production, dispatch, or logistics (experience in a flour mill or food industry preferred).

• Basic understanding of production processes and supply chain management.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work in day-night shifts and handle physical demands of the job.

• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Shift & Working Conditions:

• 12-hour rotational shifts (Day/Night).

• Physically demanding job requiring long hours of standing and coordination with multiple teams.
