Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive with 1 year of experience to support the purchasing and vendor management process. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of quality materials/services while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and evaluating reliable vendors and suppliers.

• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and requisitions for materials and services.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

• Maintain and update supplier databases, pricing records, and procurement documentation.

• Coordinate with internal departments to understand material/service requirements.

• Monitor and track order status to ensure on-time delivery.

• Verify invoices against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.

• Support inventory management and help maintain optimal stock levels.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

• Generate reports on purchasing activities, costs, and supplier performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.

• Good understanding of procurement processes and documentation.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/procurement software.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Team player with good coordination and follow-up skills.
