Job Title: Picker & Packer

Location: All Stores – Hyderabad
Department: Warehouse & Logistics
Reports To: Store/Warehouse Supervisor

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Take-Home: ₹14,229/month
Attendance Incentive: ₹1,000/month
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹4,000/month
Fixed CTC: ₹18,062/month (including PF, ESIC)

Job Summary:

The Picker & Packer is responsible for picking products as per orders, packing them securely, and preparing them for dispatch. The role supports daily warehouse operations, inventory handling, and quality checks.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick items accurately from shelves
Pack and label goods safely
Assist in inventory stock counts
Maintain cleanliness and follow safety rules

Requirements:

Minimum 10th pass
Physically fit; willing to work in shifts
Basic reading/writing skills
