Role Overview:

As a Picker Packer at Blinkit, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing them securely, and ensuring they are ready for dispatch within strict timelines. The role demands speed, accuracy, and attention to detail to support Blinkit’s promise of instant deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items from shelves as per the order list using handheld devices/scanners.

• Pack items neatly and securely to avoid damage in transit.

• Check product quality, quantity, and expiry before packing.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned picking/packing zones.

• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

• Follow safety standards and company operating procedures.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

• Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving items during shifts.

• Speed and accuracy in handling multiple orders.

• Team player with good discipline and reliability.

• Prior warehouse/fulfillment experience is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced warehouse setting.

• Shift-based schedules (day/night).

• Safety gear and training provided.
