We are looking for a Picker & Packer to join our team at Elastic Run. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers In Hand Salary with growth opportunities.

A picker packer's primary responsibility is to efficiently fulfill customer orders by selecting, packing, and preparing items for shipment in a warehouse or distribution center. This involves locating products, verifying quantities, packing them securely, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Picking: Locate and retrieve products from shelves or storage areas based on customer orders. 

• Packing: Select appropriate packaging materials, pack items securely to prevent damage during transit, and label packages correctly. 

• Order Fulfillment: Ensure that customer orders are accurately picked and packed, with the correct quantities and items. 

• Inventory Management: Use scanners and computer systems to update inventory records and track product movement. 

• Safety: Adhere to workplace safety standards and report any potential hazards. 

• Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing. 

• Teamwork: Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient order fulfillment. 

• Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors. 

• Physical Tasks: Lift and move boxes and other materials, potentially requiring physical stamina. 

• Efficiency and Speed: Work efficiently and accurately to meet production goals and customer deadlines. 

• Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. 

• Other Duties: May also include tasks like restocking shelves, sorting products, or operating warehouse equipment.
