Job Title: Picker / Packer – Swiggy InstamartDepartment: Warehouse & OperationsLocation: Swiggy Instamart Dark Store / Warehouse (On-site)Job Type: Full-Time (6 Days Working)---Job Summary:The Picker/Packer plays a key role in the Swiggy Instamart warehouse operations by accurately picking items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for delivery. The role requires good physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts.---Key Responsibilities:Order Fulfillment: Pick items from inventory accurately based on order details using order sheets or handheld scanners.Packaging: Pack, seal, and label orders as per company guidelines to ensure zero damage during transit.Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory in designated warehouse locations.Quality Check: Inspect products for quality, expiry, or damages before dispatch.Dispatch Preparation: Place completed orders in respective racks or pigeon holes for quick pickup by delivery executives.Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all safety and hygiene standards.Performance Targets: Work efficiently to meet order accuracy and packing time standards.---Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: Minimum 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift/carry packages and stand for extended hours.Attention to Detail: Accuracy level target of 90–95% for order picking and packing.Communication Skills: Basic English reading and speaking ability for understanding order details.Flexibility: Must be open to rotational shifts (day/night) and weekend working, with one weekly off.Documents Required: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and active Bank Account.Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both eligible; training will be provided.---Working Conditions & Benefits:Shift Timing: Rotational shifts (9 hours per day).Compensation: Competitive monthly salary + performance incentives.Benefits: PF, ESIC, Medical & Insurance benefits as per company policy.Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse environment with safety protocols.---Reporting To:Warehouse Supervisor / Store Manager
