Job Summary:

We are looking for efficient and detail-oriented Pickers and Packers to join our Flipkart Minutes team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders for ultra-fast delivery. The ideal candidates will have good physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining quality and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick products from inventory as per order list using handheld devices/scanners.

Pack products neatly and securely following company guidelines.

Ensure all items are correct in quantity and quality before dispatch.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking and packing area.

Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times.

Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the supervisor.

Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Coordinate with warehouse staff and delivery partners for smooth order dispatch.

Requirements:

Previous experience in warehouse operations/picking & packing preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and availabe for rotational shifts.

Basic knowledge of using scanners or mobile apps.

Punctual, reliable, and a team player.

Fixed salary + incentives based on performance.
