Job Title: Picker / Packer – Blinkit Dark StoreLocation: Delhi,Mumbai,Bangalore,Gurgaon,Hyderabad,Gujarat,Rajasthan,Pune Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (as per requirement)Job Responsibilities:Accurately pick items from racks and shelves as per customer orders.Ensure correct quantity, quality, and product type while picking.Pack items safely in Blinkit bags/boxes for delivery.Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage area.Scan products using Blinkit’s mobile app/system for inventory tracking.Coordinate with store supervisors and delivery executives for smooth operations.Follow company policies on hygiene, safety, and speed of operations.Shift timingsShift 1 Timings: 4am 1pm5am - 2pm Shift 2 Timing : 1PM - 10PM2PM - 11PMShift 3 Timing: 4PM - 1AM5PM - 2AMSHIFT 4 Timing: 9PM - 6AM10 PM - 7AMEligibility / Requirements:Candidate Screening Criteria:1. ✅ Passed 12th class pass.
