Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker / packer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from stock to fulfill orders. Your efficiency directly impacts our supply chain speed and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Read and interpret picking lists or handheld scanners to accurately locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves.

• Packing & Sorting: Securely pack, wrap, and label materials to ensure they are safe for transit.

• Safety & Maintenance: Adhere strictly to warehouse safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and the correct use of safety gear. Keep the work area clean and hazard-free.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, 10th/12th pass, or equivalent.

• Experience: Prior experience as a picker, packer, or general warehouse worker is preferred but not mandatory.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and comfortably lift/move heavy packages.

• Skills:

  • Familiarity with smart devices or handheld warehouse scanners is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail to avoid sorting and loading errors.

• Traits: Punctual, reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
