Role Summary:

Meet transporter partners across Delhi, explain Instaship’s logistics services, onboard them, maintain basic records, and serve as their primary point of contact.Key Responsibilities:

Explain Instaship’s model and benefits face-to-face, complete onboarding including paperwork, KYC, and documentation, maintain simple partner records and update details in Excel with basic edits, handle partner queries and share feedback with the team, and manage multiple daily visits with city travel as required.

Requirements:

Excellent Hindi with basic English preferred, friendly, convincing, and reliable personality with quick rapport-building, organized and punctual with basic Excel and smartphone use (calls and WhatsApp), willingness to commute within the city with allowance provided, experience in field, onboarding, sales, or customer service is a plus though freshers are welcome, and ownership of a smartphone is required.
