Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the logistics partner to track the movement of interactive panels.

• Proactively communicate with clients regarding delivery schedules and expected installation dates.

• Identify and coordinate with local technicians or ground support in the client’s area for installation.

• Arrange and oversee the installation process, ensuring it is completed smoothly and efficiently.

• Ensure all necessary documentation (delivery receipt, installation confirmation, etc.) is collected and submitted properly.

• Share installation guidelines with clients and resolve queries to ensure a hassle-free experience.

• Maintain regular follow-up with clients post-installation for feedback and service support if needed.

• Report installation status, issues, and resolution updates to internal teams.
