Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Associate to join our supply chain team at our office in Jambe, Baner, Punawale in Pune, Maharashtra. This role focuses on managing warehouse activities, including storage, inventory control, and distribution of goods. As a vital part of our supply chain department, you will ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards of efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory records and efficient order packing.

• Conduct safety training for material handlers, with a focus on safe handling and transportation of hazardous materials.

• Inspect and dispatch high-quality goods, ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Maintain proper storage conditions for all items in the warehouse to prevent damage or loss.

• Ensure accurate labeling of goods and verify that all items are stored in their designated locations.

• Process receipts promptly to support seamless inventory management.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related role.

• Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with inventory tracking software or systems (e.g., MS Excel or ERP tools).

  • Attention to detail for accurate labeling and inventory management.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move items as required in a warehouse setting.

• Location: Must be able to work at our office in Jambe, Baner, Punawale, Pune, Maharashtra.
