Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

- Conduct inventory analysis to determine optimal stock levels.

- Use sales figures to decide how much of each product or brand should be supplied to various stores.

- Oversee merchandising to create visually appealing layouts.

2. Financial Oversight:

- Review sales records to ensure financial objectives are met.

- Analyze operational expenses and inventory costs to identify areas for improvement.

- Communicate with store managers regarding recent developments, such as price changes.

3. Customer Satisfaction:

- Address and resolve customer complaints.

- Set sales targets and implement action plans.

- Monitor the customer service unit to exceed customer expectations.

4. Promotions and Marketing:

- Preparation and distribution of promotional materials.

- Collaborate with store managers during events like discount sales.

- Education: Any Bachelors Degree

- Experience: Prior experience in retail operations
