Working Shifts – 6 days / Normal Hours•

Mandatory Requirements – Managing end to end logistics (direct to customers), Maintaining Inventory & Order Tracking, Last Mile Experience

As the Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all fulfilment activities of the company including shipping and logistics. You will work closely with department managers as well as external logistics service providers to provide both strategic inputs as well as operational excellence to ensure smooth, efficient, on-time and on-budget logistics operations. Your expertise in trouble-shooting and optimizing operations using data analytics and advanced technology tools will be critical in helping us scale and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure operations of the entire fulfilment process are conducted within budget while maintaining operational timelines and service levels

2. Responsible for strategic decisions such as determining appropriate operational staffing levels in advance of new business and growth, implementation of technology enhancements to improve efficiency, employee training and development, and regulatory controls appropriate to the business

3. Optimize fulfilment strategies to ensure lowest-cost shipping and fulfilment opportunities and provide highest rates of on-time delivery for customers

4. Develop scheduling strategies with department managers to maintain appropriate staffing levels and ensure operation runs smoothly while adapting to growth and key dates

5. Own relationships with third-party logistics (3PL), small package, less-than-load (LTL) and import service providers

6. Optimize shipping methods and pricing on a regular basis to ensure we use the most cost-efficient and timely carriers to deliver to all types of customers

7. Oversee workflow; identify problem areas and implement process improvements

8. Provide input on identifying and evaluating technology which has potential to improve operational efficiency and minimize waste and costs

9. Communicate with executives to proactively prevent and mitigate risks and optimize the overall operation efficiency.

10. Communicate with other teams to improve systematically efficiency and cost saving

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience: 1+years of relevant hands-on logistics management experience desired. Prior experience managing logistics for SMEs selling on large e-commerce platforms, or logistics and warehouse management experience with healthcare/medtech products is preferable.
