✡ Position :- LOGISTICS & ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

✡ Location :- ANDHERI (E)

✡ Experience :- MIN 3 YEARS

✡ Salary :- UPTO 30K

✡ Education :- BACHELOR’S Degree in Commerce

📌 Key Responsibilities :

🔆‎Manage logistics documents including E-way bills, e-invoicing, invoices, airway bills, and other related records.

🔆‎ Coordinate with transporters, shipping lines, and agents for smooth dispatch and delivery of goods.

🔆‎ Handle customs documentation, Letter of Credit (LC), shipping, and import/export paperwork.

🔆‎ Maintain accurate filing of all logistics-related documents for compliance and audit purposes.

🔆‎ Assist the manager in daily logistics operations and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

Accounts Support:

🔆‎ Assist Accounts Manager with day-to-day accounting tasks in Tally Prime.

🔆‎ Record and maintain vouchers, entries, and expense records, Tax invoice preparation and accounting.

🔆‎ Perform bank reconciliation and maintain banking documentation.

🔆‎ Support in preparation of financial reports, filing, and record management.

🔆‎ Ensure timely coordination between logistics and accounts functions.

🔆 ‎Working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting principles.

🔆‎ Familiarity with logistics documentation (E-way bills, customs, LC, airway bills, etc.).
