Role Summary:

We’re looking for a proactive professional to manage end-to-end e-commerce and logistics

operations—from order processing to last-mile delivery—across platforms like Amazon,

Flipkart, and our website.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage online orders, returns, listings, and inventory

● Coordinate with courier partners for timely deliveries

● Ensure warehouse-stock alignment and efficient dispatch

● Track KPIs and improve process efficiency

Requirements:

● Graduate in Business/Supply Chain/Commerce

● 2–5 years’ experience in e-commerce & logistics

● Hands-on with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.

● Strong coordination and Excel/reporting skills
