We are seeking an experienced Logistic Manager to handle our day-to-day logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate order entry, status tracking, label generation, courier coordination, and dispatch execution. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate daily entry of incoming customer orders into the order management sheet.

• Thoroughly verify each order before processing to ensure correctness.

• Enter shipment details into the courier panel and assign the appropriate shipping partner.

• Generate shipping labels and ensure proper tagging of all parcels.

• Track each shipment and update delivery status in the records.

• Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries.

• Communicate tracking details and order status to internal teams (sales, customer support, backend).

• Maintain courier-wise records and resolve any delivery-related issues.

• Generate invoices and attach them properly with each order.

• Ensure that all items are packed securely and dispatched on time.

• Maintain daily dispatch logs and records for audit and tracking purposes.

💻 Skills Required:

• Strong computer proficiency is a must (Excel, Google Sheets, and courier portals like Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc.)

• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills

• Attention to detail and time management

• Ability to handle pressure and resolve courier/delivery escalations professionally

• Good communication in Hindi and basic English
