1. Operations & Dispatch Management
· Oversee daily dispatch planning and execution to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
· Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for smooth goods transfer and adherence to SOPs.
· Monitor OMS/ERP dashboards and ensure all dispatch records are updated in real time.
· Supervise inbound/outbound processes including receiving, storage, and loading.
· Ensure strict compliance with FIFO/FEFO and packaging standards.
· Conduct regular inventory checks to minimize discrepancies and losses.
· Manage allocation and utilization of vehicles for efficient distribution.
· Develop and implement cost-effective delivery routes and transport schedules.
· Track driver performance, fuel efficiency, and turnaround times.
· Lead and supervise loaders, drivers, and dispatch staff.
· Train team members on SOPs, safety, and efficiency improvement practices.
· Create a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
· Identify opportunities for reducing cost per delivery through load consolidation and route optimization.
· Monitor KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), cost per dispatch, and load fill rates.
· Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.
· Ensure adherence to statutory requirements including e-way bills, gate passes, and transport regulations.
· Enforce food safety, hygiene, and handling standards relevant to FMCG/perishables.
· Maintain all operational documentation and records as per SOPs.
· Coordinate with sales, customer success, and finance teams for order fulfillment and invoicing alignment.
· Act as a point of contact for regional supply chain queries and issue resolution.
· Support continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives (ERP/automation).
