At Dropdash Technologies, we believe the last mile defines the customer experience. We’re looking for a Last Mile Executive to drive smooth, efficient, and customer-focused delivery operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and oversee last mile delivery operations end-to-end

• Coordinate with delivery associates, drivers & logistics partners for on-time deliveries

• Track shipments, resolve issues proactively, and handle escalations

• Optimize delivery routes & resources to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Handle returns, failed deliveries, and reverse logistics seamlessly

• Work closely with warehouse/dispatch teams for smooth order handovers

• Monitor KPIs (delivery time, cost, feedback) and prepare performance reports

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration (preferred)

• 1–3 years’ experience in last mile logistics, courier, or e-commerce operations

• Strong knowledge of logistics, distribution & transportation

• Proficiency in MS Excel, tracking systems & route optimization tools

• Excellent communication, problem-solving & coordination skills

• Ability to multitask, work under pressure & adapt to shifts/weekends
