We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory operations, maintaining accurate stock records, optimizing storage, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods across warehouses and sales channels. You will coordinate with vendors, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure timely replenishment, order accuracy, and minimal stock discrepancies.
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels, monitor usage, and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
Stock Reconciliation: Conduct regular audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Order Management: Ensure timely replenishment of products by coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
Warehouse Coordination: Oversee storage, dispatch, and movement of goods to ensure efficient operations.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports and maintain inventory documentation.
Process Optimization: Identify gaps in inventory processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
Team Coordination: Supervise warehouse staff and collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams.
Issue Resolution: Handle discrepancies, damaged goods, and customer-related order issues effectively.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Prior experience in inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse operations preferred.
Knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management Systems (SAP, Tally, Zoho, etc.) is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
