Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain inventory records with accuracy.
Collection-wise sorting, entry, and proper stock management.
Share photos/updates of inventory on group for tracking.
Maintain systematic records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Coordinate with clients for inventory-related requirements and updates.
Ensure timely reporting and smooth flow of inventory operations.
Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
2+ years of experience in inventory/store management preferred.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets).
Good communication and coordination skills.
