1. Inventory Management:

2. Data Analysis & Reporting:

   • Generate and analyze inventory reports.

   • Identify trends, shortages, or excess stock and recommend corrective actions.

3. Process Improvement:

   • Identify inefficiencies in inventory processes and suggest improvements.

   • Implement best practices for inventory accuracy and control.

4. Compliance & Loss Prevention:

   • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies (overages/shortages).

   • Ensure compliance with company policies.

5. Coordination and Communication:

   • Communicate inventory status to DGM/BGM and field sales team and commercial team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree of commerce / supply chain, logistics.

• Experience: 2+ years in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory software (TALLY ERP) and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
