The Inventory Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day inventory operations in a manufacturing unit. This role ensures accurate inventory records, timely stock reconciliation, and smooth flow of materials for uninterrupted production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for production without overstocking.

• Track incoming and outgoing materials and ensure proper documentation.

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits and reconciliation.

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and dispatch teams to forecast material requirements.

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.

• Manage GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), stock registers, and inventory databases.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or variances.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.

• Assist in implementing inventory control systems and processes (e.g., FIFO, LIFO, JIT).

• Generate periodic inventory reports and share with relevant departments.
