Roles & Responsibilities
-Documentation & Inventory Management:
-Creating challans
-Maintaining stock records in Tally and Excel
-Checking purchase invoices and following up
-Preparing purchase orders (POs)
Payment & Coordination:
-Following up on payments
-Coordinating with manufacturers
-Tracking goods and ensuring timely delivery
-Conducting quality control (QC) and Certificate of Analysis (COA) checks
Client & Order Management:
Verifying goods against challans
Checking packing, invoices, delivery addresses, GST, PAN details, and confirming with buyers
Maintaining client details and all relevant data
