• Handle customer queries, service requests, and ensure timely communication.

• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and records as per company standards.

• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.

• Support back-office operations related to logistics and freight forwarding.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in import/export, customer service, or back-office operations (preferably in freight forwarding/logistics).

• Good communication skills (verbal & written) and strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
