Job Title: Import – Logistics Executive (Import / Export)

Location: Grant Road, Mumbai – 400004

Office Duration: Full-time – 8 Hours

Shift: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Logistics Executive (Import/Export) to manage pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinate with shipping agents for smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation Preparation & Filing:

Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, COO (Certificate of Origin), and other documentation required for pre-shipment processes.

Handle checklist filing and ensure accuracy in documentation.

2. Shipping Coordination:

Assist shipping agents in filing shipping documents (checklists, BOEs).

Obtain shipping rates and ensure cost-effective transportation.

3. E-Sanchit & Compliance Management:

Prepare and manage E-Sanchit documents (SDF, EVD, VGM, Annex I & II, fumigation certificates, Form A declarations, etc.).

Ensure proper documentation for customs clearance (e.g., CE certificates).

4. Logistics & Customs Clearance:

Coordinate with shipping agents for post-shipment processing.

Prepare and manage E-way bills.

Assist in customs queries and ensure seamless clearance.

5. Shipment Tracking & Approval:

Collect LET (Let Export) shipping bill copies.

Verify and approve BLs and AWBs for release.

Send documents for clearance and follow up until completion.

6. Import Clearance Documentation:

Maintain knowledge of various Incoterms and applications.

Handle export documentation for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: Minimum 3 years in export documentation and logistics coordination

Proficient in trade documentation, shipping bills, customs clearance

Strong knowledge of Incoterms, MS Excel, and documentation software

Excellent coordination and communication skills
