Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer service operations for import and export activities.

• Prepare and review documentation for import and export compliance.

• Monitor and track shipment status and address any delays or problems.

• Stay updated on changes in import regulations and tariffs.

• Oversee import documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Work with customs brokers to facilitate the clearance of goods.

• Monitor shipments and track import timelines to prevent delays.

• Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to optimize costs.

• Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to service processes.
