Prepare DSR (Daily Status Reports) and share timely updates with clients and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate and raise document requests from clients based on shipment stages
• Prepare Checklists for Import/Export Jobs in line with customs requirements
• Handle job submission on ICEGATE 2.0 for both import and export
• Upload documents using e-SANCHIT and ensure proper document referencing
• Maintain daily records of job filings, status updates, and discrepancy logs
• Communicate with CHA examiners or shipping lines if required for document follow-up
• Ensure high command over English written communication in emails and document formatting
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance documentation process
• Familiarity with ICEGATE 2.0, e-SANCHIT, and related government portals
• Proficient in MS Excel, PDF management tools
• Strong English communication skills – verbal & written
• Ability to work under time-bound pressure
Qualification: Graduate (Any stream, preference to Commerce/Logistics)
Experience: 1–3 years in CHA/Logistics firm back-end team
