• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to plan and manage international shipments.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (tariffs, import/export laws, Incoterms).

• Track shipment status; proactively resolve delays, customs holds, or damage issues.

• Negotiate freight rates and manage logistics costs and duty optimization.

• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports (e.g., MIS, cost analysis, delivery performance).

• Liaise with procurement, operations, sales, and finance to support shipment planning and billing.
  

  Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 2–5+ years experience in import/export logistics, preferably with machinery or heavy equipment.
