The Hub Incharge – FM will be responsible for managing day-to-day first-mile operations at the assigned hub, ensuring timely pickup of shipments from sellers, smooth coordination with the linehaul team, manpower management, and adherence to operational SOPs to achieve service level targets.
Hub Operations Management
Supervise and manage all first-mile operations at the hub.
Ensure shipments are picked up from sellers within TAT and handed over to linehaul.
Monitor load consolidation and dispatch process.
Manpower Handling
Manage field executives, drivers, and hub support staff.
Allocate daily routes and pickup plans.
Monitor productivity and resolve operational issues.
Process Adherence
Ensure adherence to Meesho FM SOPs.
Minimize shipment losses, damages, and delays.
Maintain hub cleanliness and proper handling of shipments.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with sellers, cluster managers, and linehaul teams for smooth operations.
Resolve seller queries related to pickups.
Share daily MIS and operational reports.
Performance & Quality Control
Track and improve KPIs such as pickup success rate, connection percentage, and on-time dispatch.
Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety guidelines, and security protocols.
Maintain proper documentation for audits.
