Key Responsibilities:
Manage dispatch of printed cards to designated offices/sites.
Handle packing, labeling, and sealing of card consignments as per guidelines.
Coordinate with courier/logistics vendors for timely pickup and delivery.
Maintain dispatch records, challans, and tracking reports.
Ensure accuracy, safety, and confidentiality of dispatched material.
Monitor and maintain stock of dispatch-related items (envelopes, labels, cartons).
Share regular updates on dispatch status with the project team.
Support in basic administrative/operational tasks as required.
