Customer Service Executive & Pricing Coordinator for Air Freight
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Air Freight Customer Service Executive to manage and enhance customer interactions related to air cargo services.
The successful candidate will coordinate air shipments, ensure timely delivery, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction throughout the logistics process.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Sales: Handle inbound and outbound inquiries for air freight services.
Understand client needs, provide quotes, and offer solutions tailored to air cargo requirements.
Shipment Coordination: Track and monitor air shipments, update clients on status, and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify air waybills, customs documents, and other regulatory paperwork in compliance with international air transport laws.
Issue Resolution: Resolve any delays, customs issues, or service interruptions promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with clients by offering reliable support and and anticipating their air logistics needs.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of air freight activities and customer feedback to support continuous service improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies: Understanding of international air freight operations and IATA regulations.
Strong coordination and multitasking skills under time-sensitive conditions.
Familiarity with air cargo tracking systems and CRM platforms
Minimum 2 years’ experience in air freight customer service or sales.
Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
