Key Responsibilities

• Supervise sales associates on the showroom floor, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.

• Monitor customer engagement and step in to assist with queries, special requests, or high-value purchases.

• Ensure floor presentation is attractive, shelves are stocked, and merchandise is well-displayed.

• Assign tasks to team members and track daily performance against sales targets.

• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly and courteously.

• Train and guide staff in sales techniques, product knowledge, and service etiquette.

• Report daily sales figures, customer feedback, and operational challenges to the Store Manager.

• Maintain floor discipline, ensuring smooth traffic flow and a premium shopping experience.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass

• Experience Range: 3–6+ years in retail management, preferably in textiles, apparel, or luxury products.

• Strong team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide sales staff.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with inventory and sales reports.

• Passion for textiles, sarees, and customer service.
