Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth inventory movement and order processing

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock movement, and discrepancies

• Perform and lead cycle counts and periodic audits to maintain inventory accuracy

• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatches and receiving of goods

• Supervise and allocate work to warehouse staff and ensure productivity

• Ensure timely order processing and adherence to TATs (Turn Around Time)

• Prepare daily/weekly reports and update inventory records

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Inventory Control and Inventory Management

• Experience with Order Processing systems and workflows

• Ability to operate and lead cycle count processes independently

• Good manpower handling and leadership skills

• Basic understanding of logistics and dispatch operations

• Basic Excel skills: Proficient in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas
