We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Assistant Manager to support the efficient management of our fleet operations. The role involves monitoring vehicle performance, ensuring compliance, coordinating with drivers, optimizing routes, and assisting in day-to-day logistics operations to achieve timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily fleet operations including vehicle allocation, dispatch, and trip monitoring.

• Ensure timely vehicle maintenance, servicing, and fitness certification renewals.

• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and overall cost efficiency of vehicles.

• Maintain and update fleet records, trip sheets, permits, insurance, and statutory documents.

• Support in driver management – scheduling, attendance, training, and performance tracking.

• Handle breakdown management and arrange alternate vehicles when required.

• Monitor GPS/Fleet Management System for vehicle movement, delays, and compliance.

• Prepare and submit MIS reports on fleet utilization, expenses, and performance.

• Ensure compliance with RTO rules, safety standards, and company policies.

• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, accounts, and vendors for smooth workflow.
