• Identify and onboard fleet owners, car rental agencies, and individual car owners to expand our vehicle inventory.

• Build long-term partnerships with fleet vendors to ensure steady supply and service quality.

• Negotiate competitive rates, contracts, and service agreements with fleet partners.

✅ Operations & Service Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the car rental business in Mumbai.

• Ensure seamless vehicle allocation, availability, and turnaround time for customers.

• Monitor fleet performance, maintenance schedules, and service quality.

✅ Sales & Business Growth:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive bookings and maximize fleet utilization.

• Target corporate clients, travel agencies, and individual customers for business expansion.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and B2B partnerships.

✅ Customer Experience & Compliance:

• Ensure high-quality customer service and prompt resolution of complaints.

• Maintain legal and compliance standards for fleet operations, including vehicle insurance and documentation.

• Implement safety protocols and operational guidelines for drivers and vehicles.
