Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day activities of the team/department.
Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide feedback and guidance.
Ensure production/service targets are met on time.
Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Train, motivate, and support team members.
Handle shift planning, attendance, and discipline.
Report operational updates and issues to management.
Suggest and implement process improvements.
Ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain quality of the product.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar one
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a team and handle conflicts effectively.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, excel ERP preferred).
Handling and Managing products and it's related things.
