Job Summary

K2 Biofuels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Shift Incharge to oversee daily operations of our biomass plant. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of plant machinery, coordinate manpower during shifts, monitor production activities, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage overall plant operations during assigned shifts.

• Monitor and control biomass processing equipment and machinery.

• Allocate and guide shift manpower for smooth operations.

• Ensure adherence to production targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns.

• Maintain shift-wise operational logs, reports, and handover notes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

• Report any abnormalities or critical issues to the Plant Incharge/Management.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives for plant performance and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in biomass, power plant, or process industry.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, utilities, and plant equipment.

• Good leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage shift teams and ensure discipline & productivity.
