We are looking for an Export Coordinator . The job description for  an Export Coordinator is a follow :

Duty & Responsibilities:

1. Handle complete pre- and post-shipment documentation.

2. Manage booking of export orders and prepare work orders.

3. Arrange insurance for dispatched export consignments.

4. Coordinate with CHA and shipping lines for container stuffing, Bill of Lading, etc.

5. Liaison with banks for export documents and handle eBRC-related work.

6. Communicate with international customers via email for updates and documentation.

7. Prepare quotations and calculate export pricing.

8. Prepare and dispatch original export documents (Invoice, MTC, etc.).

9. Track and follow up on Duty Drawback and IGST refunds.
